MK Dons cruised to victory in the ENG U15 Youth National Premier League Championship Finals. After a strong end to the season, MK Dons carried their good form into this event and showed their true level following a disappointing fifth-place finish in the league.
Quarter-Finals
MK Dons and Magic started the event strong with strong wins. MK Dons won convincingly against Little Sutton. Magic started well against Trafford Juniors but allowed them to sneak back into the game. However, the damage was done early on, and Magic went through to the semi-finals.
Sheffield Steel fought hard against a stubborn Starz side who were missing several players. Starz made the game competitive, and Sheffield Steel just about got over the finishing line to advance to the semis. Wyre was flying against AP Saints, and the game looked over at the halfway point. Wyre, though, switched off, and AP Saints staged an incredible comeback to give Wyre a huge scare, but luckily, they managed to win the game by a single point.

Semi-Finals
Magic and MK Dons started competitively, but in the second quarter, Magic fell behind and allowed MK Dons to build a healthy lead. Once stabilised, Magic tried hard to chip away at the MK Dons, but MK remained focused and won by seven points.
Sheffield Steel and Wyre played out a nail-biting game. At the halfway point, Wyre was one point ahead. In their previous game, Wyre had faded in the second half, and history was repeating itself as Sheffield Steel turned the game around in the third quarter to lead by two points going into the final quarter. In the final quarter, with about five minutes to go, Wyre had the chance to level the game but failed to do so. The game remained a one-point contest for the rest of the quarter, and Sheffield Steel stayed strong to secure the win.
