CHAMP FINALS
Hatfield won its first-ever YNPL title after defeating competition favourites Poole NC in the final of the 2025 U12 YNPL Championship Finals.
Quarter-Finals
The competition started with a bang, with Essex Open and Oaksway NC playing an incredible quarter-final game. These two teams last played in the U12 Netball Cup, which Essex Open won. In this game, Essex Open managed to hold a slight lead throughout and breathed a huge sigh of relief when the final whistle went to move into the semi-finals.
The other games saw comfortable wins for Hatfield, Poole NC, and Turnford, which meant we had an all-Southern semi-final.

5th-8th Play-Offs
Oaksway bounced back from their defeat Hatfield with a win over Ellesmere Port to head into the 5th-6th play-offs. Grangetown battled hard against Warrington to set themselves up with a final game against North East rivals Oaksway NC.

Semi-Finals
A few years ago, Poole took on Turnford, one of the biggest fixtures in the YNPL. We expected a close game, but it was straightforward for Poole.
Essex Open and Hatfield played out an incredible game. The match was closely contested, and Essex Open was leading going into the final quarter. Hatfield came out strong in the final eight minutes, and the game was goal for goal. With Hatfield a point up, Essex had a chance to level the game but missed, and Hatfield managed to see out the win and a place in the final.

5th-8th Play-Off Finals
Ellesmere Port got their first win over Warrington Juniors to finish seventh, and Oaksway won the 5th-6th final against their North East rivals Grangetown.

3rd/4th Play-Off
Essex Open ended the season on a high with a convincing win over Turnford. Their fantastic performance earned them the win and a bronze medal.

Final
Poole came into this competition as the favourites. They were taking on Hatfield, whom they had drawn within the league many months before. The game started competitively; after the first quarter, the score was 7-4. In the second quarter, Hatfield upped the tempo and put Poole against the ropes, leading 15-8 at halftime.
Poole tried in vain to get back into the game, but it wasn't very likely, with the score at 20-10 going into the final quarter. In the end, Hatfield was too strong, and they claimed their first-ever ENG YNPL National Title.
